You've probably received a lot of letters, calls and text messages. We always setup an introductory call to help you determine if we are a fit to work together. We will also go over the details of your land, assessing its current road access, utility infrastructure, and topography.

If we determine we're a fit, the next step is to make an offer. Our goal is to determine a fair market price based on comparable sales. We are not wholesalers. All of our projects are held and operated in house.

Many of our projects are purchased in cash and close within 30 days or less, always through a title company. But, depending on the size of the transaction, we may include a banking partner and typically close within 30-45 days.
